Your Personal Factory

Foundry IO began with the thought: what would people create if they had access to high-quality, fast-turnaround 3D printing without breaking the bank?

The answer, it turns out, is a lot.

Our customers have printed everything from high-detail architectural models and climate science experiment components, to castable jewelry, patient-specific surgical guides, anatomical models, end-effectors for robotic arms, props and full-scale characters, educational tools, marketing materials, and countless personal projects. Every part that comes off a printer carries a story — a glimpse into someone’s imagination, research, or business. Whether it’s a fun prototype for a maker, a functional component undergoing testing, or a production-ready part for a consumer good, we’re continually inspired by what our customers create.

Since our beginning with just a couple Makerbot Replicator 2s and Formlabs Form 2s, we’ve focused on producing high quality parts and models and working with our customers to bring their ideas to life. As engineers and makers, one of our driving goals is to make the tools we love to work with accessible to a wider audience. Looking ahead, we hope to become a manufacturing partner for makers, educators, STEAM professionals, and local businesses across Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. Today, we’re focused on producing high-detail and engineering-grade 3D printed parts. In the future, we’ll expand into laser cutting, CNC machining, and other manufacturing methods — offering a wider range of tools to help our clients design, test, and build what they love.

Whether you need a single part or a thousand, our goal is simple: to give you the resources to bring your ideas to life.

Think of us as your personal factory.
